Finally we got there and held our long-awaited Bus Fayre launch up at the Castlegate field. SO amazing to see so many old and new friends, supporters and relatives there. The food was an assortment of different taster dishes, to celebrate our menu. If you missed it - here are some pics of the food...
The music for the evening was performed by Mervin Hall of Shades of Blue. His music was absolutely brilliant as usual and I love that he works on original material...if you haven't heard his music before get yourself over to his sound cloud be inspired and enjoy - https://soundcloud.com/sofb .
It was so great to see so many people turning up to see the bus and to support us...
The absolute highlight of the evening - (apart from my speech and the food and Shades of Blue and everyone being there ) was the amazing painting done by the incredibly talented Lee Coleman... He managed to capture the Bus Fayre team and the bus perfectly - a very talented artist.
We are now busy preparing for our debut appearance at Tescos Penzance... All being well we should be there on Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday with some fabulous cakes, brilliant breakfasts, our Lavazza coffee and lunchtime paninis and baguettes. Come and say hello if you are passing, or why not take a detour and pass by anyway - you know you deserve a treat !!!!
