Lots of hard work and lots of progress this week. Finn was appointed as manager of works and did a very good job sealing windows and cutting wood ( well actually he was carefully supervised and the electric wasn't on !!!) He did get a little distracted and broke off for a spot of sword fighting and bus driving.
Great purchases made this week, which will all add to our venture - many thanks to Phil at Penzance YMCA for his patience and help . Amongst a whole range of useful catering items we finally have a brand new toy to experiment with - our new cash register.
Another exciting purchase was this stunning vintage tea set - Royal Doulton Spindrift - well done to Richard Close for finding this one and to me for carrying back to the car !!!
Have also been busy making these little beauties out of coffee sacks - we want our customers to be comfy.
Ongoing experimenting with food - take a look at our fabulous lunch today......
Sparks continue to fly as Rich and Jamie sort out the seating - cutting the individual seats today after sorting them all out..
I am Sharon Close, I have worked for years in Music Education and this is still something that I am passionate about. I live in the most amazing county of Cornwall and am so excited to be launching a brand new business that is a mobile catering company based on a double decker bus. My partners are Louise Walker, Jamie Walker, Jill Clark and Richard Close.
